BBJBS, Soviets are big coz they have alot of new members all under Game Level 4 and almost no countries with war experience.

Sunny, The Protectorate is a collective of players who each have their part in running our business. Sure, a couple of us have a bit more experience, but all members have their own responsibilities. We have elected ministers of defence, economy, recruitment etc etc, and a Chairperson with the most experience who oversee's all and prevents anyone making any major cock-ups.

So no one person 'carries' The Protectorate, we are a federation, google the word.
