IPO

What's everyone's opinion on public offerings, both for countries or enterprises?

I've been doing IPOs. It has made mine worth a lot more, but I'm not sure what it's all doing.

Check out mine IPO's. I am still working on the shares. Im on KB. Currently has stopped all the Effectivity upgrades for now till I get workers in. I am still working on the differences based on the income turnovers by the quality output.

I just don't know, if it was a bad idea if I stopped the Effectivity upgrades otherwise, just let it grow, Im not sure if I am suppose to let it auto upgrade or do I need to stop it because of the hiring lack of workers. This is twice I done it now, I am thinking just let it totally upgrade it automatically and catch up on it.
