Looking for CEOs for new Empire. (Kebir Blue)

I am Emperor Paul, I have two struggleing nations in need of CEO held corperations. Will lower tax rate to 10% (this is also negotiable) when just one CEO goes into business in one of my countries. Will also negotiate any other agreements CEOs desire. We are a peaceful empire with a growing population, a modest size defensive force, and are open to any advice from inerested CEOs.

Armosa of the United Empire
