Thanks everyone, I recieved a larger response to this thread.

Many countries had plenty of workers. Many requests were high tech in nature, and as a result, some of your corps may experience minor dips in employment. I assure you this will be temporary, as I will work to level things off as I will work on transfers daily and boost education indexes to prevent it form occuring again and to support the current educational demands.

Please note that most indexes were at or near twenties across the board. They are a work in progress that is almost complete.
