Space program (Little Upsilon)

This may sound trivial, but I've purchased goods at a space station but am having trouble getting back to my space centre in my country. How do I fix this?

Are you able to elaborate?

Once ordered, you should be able to go,
[Transport Products] > [New Transport Request] > [From] (Space station docking bay) > [To] (Countries/Ceo's Space center) > etc...

At what point does it not work?

I assume you have a space shuttle.

Can you do this now without owning/renting a dock where the product is?
