Since we are on the record...

1. I had no countries on LU at the time of the initial phase of war. I did not even have knowledge of the events until a week after you lost your empire. When I returned I was in 21 day prison. Thus I could not be the agressor as I was unable to take action until after thirty real days had passed.

2. You were the agressor in our conflict. As such any demands from you are denied. No apologies. No pay. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Zilch.

3. You bought the countries in question from Dirt specifically to continue the fight. They are war C3s and are subject to immediate derregging.

4. As for your poor sportsmanship/ sour grapes you display...I understand...You and the rest of the UC's finest were on the receiving end of perhaps the most brutal one sided asswhipping in SC history. If not for secure mode we would have had the honor and great pleasure of removing each of you from LU.

Me in december easily dealing w/ sam on GR = sam fighting w/ Nute in december on LU.

Sam dealing w/ built up foes after ppl. on LU when he decides to go on vacation = nothing like what will happen on GR.
