Its serious. Basically the idea is that we all communicate with each other and talk through our disputes. We will never have any of the crap that NLUO comes with - and all we promise is to aid communication between the top players on LU to help avoid disputes and prove that we dont need a world government to dictate over us, or give votes to the chosen few.
