I am requesting development aid. My country of Contagium is steadily sliding backwards into a financial bog. As I learn the economic ropes, I feel i'm getting a better understanding of how this works. Unfortunately,Contagium can't afford to pay for this education. Assistance from the Security Council in the form of $4 trillion in development aid would be excepted with delight and grattitude.

I'm Glad to be in Little Upsilon, you guys are great to play with. I represent The Scrills Country and The Scrills State. Security Council has been very kind. They helped me with the AID some times ago now and as a result, I have successfully expanded my countries influence and would like to thank ya'll again for help.

Gothamloki's first post is not worth the toilet paper it was printed on.
Gothamloki's silence during Sportsdickygate was deafening.
SupersoldiersRCP's idea to add another political level above the Presidents, and strip us of voting rights, smacks of delusions of grandeur.
Gothamloki's idea for SC alone to have sole voting rights, is illogical when most of SC cant be bothered to vote. Which leads to the usurpation of the SC for dubious ends, thus, Sportsdickygate.

Q. Where is the SC getting its funds from.
A. Every Nation used to pay a small fee monthly as part of the costs of government was at most a few M per nation. But long ago the GM stopped it due to the fact most SC groups had 100's of trillions in cash assests.

A. You cant, it was set up to help new players who need aid. Anytime i get a message from a new player i review the nation and 99% of the time i give the SC a request for dev aid. SC is for helping new players and building community ties.

You might want to be nicer on the forums after review of your nation i have a feeling your going to be begging for cash soon youself. Dont down yourself when your going to need that lifeline sometime soon
