"If you don't like the government, you are free to leave at any time. Nations who do not want to be apart of the government do not have to be, we will never bother you unless that nation is interfering in the interests of this government."

This person who attacks the NLUO is actually a member of the NLUO, and he did not want to go through the correct channels to help move forward the government. His whole ambition was to be the one who toppled the Hezekiah Administration, through the LU International Criminal Court. He is also apart of a federation of nations called Hydra whose sole purpose of being created was to oppose, and destroy the NLUO World Government. If Shave would have gone through the proper channels, he could have had a better experience in the government. There are 3 issues that has come up, which has gotten up to this point.

Hydra is not engaged in an offensive campaign. We are only engaged in a defensive stance.
