* The proposal for "The Independent State of Keposso" has been put forth.

You're encouraging me to spend the money I just traded GCs for? I was waiting for aid....

redxnanaki - I'm in no way encouraging you to do anything .

It's simply out of my control, take a look at the April 17 Game News:

<!-Quote-!>Quote:

The Security Council can decide to give financial help to countries. These countries should not belong to members of the Security Council. (This limitation is implemented long time ago).
We have now added another condition that will make it harder to give money to rich countries. The receiver of such Security Council financial support must have less than 2T in net cash.<!-/Quote-!>

Kevin is right Xerinax, once a country has $2T in cash, we are not allowed to make any proposals of aid on the SC. Sorry.

Then I guess ill just spend it, though I think its a little silly considering I just got this money lol.

I ask for aid in the Republic of West Virginia, I have just started playing like 4 days ago. Thank you.

* Simgod09 Barrera of "Athens" is inactive.

Hi, I wonder if perhaps I could request aid for my country "The Kingdom of Lattos".

I only signed up to the game a few days ago still not sure if I am getting everything right yet but I'm working on it

Ok...I'm back logged now. I will try to as many as I can in the coming month but I can't promise that I will get to you all. Please be patient OR message one of the other SC members requesting they put your aid request up. The way it works, I can't put forth an aid proposal until the last one I put up is voted upon by the gaming public.

I'm sorry I made a mistake I had placed a big on the cash market for some additional SC$ for my country and forgot I had done so (And thus forgot to cancel it).

As such it's put me over the SC$ 2T mark so I guess I will have to withdraw my request for the "The Kingdom of Lattos" for the time being.

However I am working on investing this money into improving my country once I get bellow the 2T SC$ limit would I be permitted to have my request considered again?

@ MttJocy - I wouldn't worry to much about this at this moment. You're at the bottom of the list and it will be some time before I get to you. My requirements are such that I don't require you to be in debt to request aid, just that you are a new player and don't have a strategic weapons program running. So, yes, you'll certainly stil be eligible provide you still meet the requirements I listed above.
