Kevin is right Xerinax, once a country has $2T in cash, we are not allowed to make any proposals of aid on the SC. Sorry.

Then I guess ill just spend it, though I think its a little silly considering I just got this money lol.

I only signed up to the game a few days ago still not sure if I am getting everything right yet but I'm working on it

Please be patient OR message one of the other SC members requesting they put your aid request up. The way it works, I can't put forth an aid proposal until the last one I put up is voted upon by the gaming public.

I'm sorry I made a mistake I had placed a big on the cash market for some additional SC$ for my country and forgot I had done so (And thus forgot to cancel it).

As such it's put me over the SC$ 2T mark so I guess I will have to withdraw my request for the "The Kingdom of Lattos" for the time being.

However I am working on investing this money into improving my country once I get bellow the 2T SC$ limit would I be permitted to have my request considered again?

@ MttJocy - I wouldn't worry to much about this at this moment. You're at the bottom of the list and it will be some time before I get to you. My requirements are such that I don't require you to be in debt to request aid, just that you are a new player and don't have a strategic weapons program running. So, yes, you'll certainly stil be eligible provide you still meet the requirements I listed above.
