The NLUO is the government of nations who want to participate in the government. The international community is just that. An international community of players some governed by the NLUO, some not. Some Federations are apart of the government, some federations are not. Some federations have players from their federations in the government or even branches of federations in the government. Do we govern the whole fed? NO!!! Why is this concept so hard to grasp?

NLUO is only looking for a fight when they say they govern LU. Wars start with words and when you try imposing laws on countries that didn't pledge their allegiance to you,there will be war. This is why Hydra (and their powerful players) stepped in. The powerful players don't like being told what to do or how to act. There are also neutral factions such as "Bad meets Evil" that are (to my understanding) still neutral in this conflict but aren't necessarily fans of a "world government" that would tell them what to do... In conclusion, NLUO better work on their PR before they try "governing the world" and they need to learn to actually enforce their "laws" if they ever want any respect. Then again, that would turn them from being wanna-be tyrants to full force New World Order Global Domination tyrants... And that always comes at the cost of potentially billions of lives and shattered nations.
