They have to be either the best or worst in the categories chosen. I don't do second best (even though I would've liked to, considering both the #1 and #2 best educations belong to me!)
In any case, half of these can't even be consciously manipulated, so it's half luck, half skill, half lack of caring, and sometimes three-quarters of "Being A C3." I'll do a CEO one shortly. But Michael always dominates those. T
