Strange war (Little Upsilon)

Saw a country next to me on the map become deserted. Gathered troops to expand. Attacked several times, when all of a sudden it had a president, was under war protection and I couldn't attack. I am still pretty new at this game. Didn't know that could happen.... Wish I had my bombers back that I wasted trying to expand into what I thought was an empty country. Does this happen alot?

For some reason, the game allows new players to pick a C3 that is at war as their starting country. It doesn't happen very often, no. And if you're losing more than a few(~20) bombers when attacking C3s you're probably doing something wrong >.<

I read your country's newspaper... you didn't shoot down the C3's air defense. You have to use an attack wing of 1000 fighters+1000 drones and "attack defenses" on a county or town. Do it twice to take down both wings. If the c3 is next to you, make sure to have a ground unit within 35 km of the county or town you pick, to "spot" otherwise your air unit will perform horribly.

Just a quick question, or set of querys Re: your note Luon.

Will Navy Fighter Plane Attack wings (1000), work just as well as the Attack wings of 1000 fighters&drones?

Also, I couldn't quite figure out how to adjust the Attack Wings to include both Fighters and Drones? Do you have to make one of each, and then fight with the two wings coordinated manually?

Make an "Air Force Attack Wing" and add 1000 fighters and 900 drones. (I said 1000/1000 before but the max # of weapons is actually 1900)

Navy Fighters can only attack 400 at a time. You can use them if you want to but it is a bit more expensive. With drones+FP, you lose about 500 drones to clear a c3's air defense. If you use NFP, you will lose 100-120 NFP.
