0% taxes - corps needed (Little Upsilon)

looking for private corps to be built

OM HQ 0% tax, population recently increased
OM NE (currently at 3% tax but should be 0% shortly

also bids welcome in other countries (all 0%):

OM Midwest
OM Mideast

OM SE
OM Nadir

All are in various stages of Red.

I've moved some nice corps in, however :D
