NX 2 (very new but don't let that fool you, its making headway fast and already can accommodate about 10 corps and is growing by the hour)

Sorry, i should of stated NX 2 is going to be 0% very soon, my calculations say by the time the first corps are built (not just accepted) the tax levy will be gone
