Since I haven't been firing how can I cease fire? When you quit attacking an innocent player, then there is a cease fire.

ok since you are dumb, there will be no cease fire. Again you have no reasonable request for any compensation which is reflected by your inability to present me with any reasonable demands. The offer is null and void.
