So, you want it to be created by NLUO in the the interest of NLUO? Nluo is supposed to help the players of LU and at this moment the interest of NLUO are not to help LU players, but to be on top.
I will be speaking for the players of LU that are not members of NLUO so they can have their say in the Constitution that apparently binds them.

No this was created for the nations of LU to help new nations grow, and for world peace. This is what it was created for. I got away from those priorities trying to impose the NLUO on LU, when I should have asked the people for their support instead of trying to force it. I see that now. It might be too late because I just check the NLUO forum and I am down in the vote 5 to 1 to tom morgan.
