I have recently aquired a country with a surplus of LLW and adding pop to reduce unemployment is only worsening the situation.

I'm losing 120K a month in pop because of hospital shortages. I think that's what causing it but couldn't say for sure. I have built loads and index is still lower than it should be. Also converted special clinics and war hospitals back to normal as a temporary measure.

Just sent over a request for 200k LLW's for 100k HTEng's.

Please keep the offers coming. Government salaries were set at 800% when I recently bought the country and I can't do a thing with employment till they are much lower. All that is happening is that I am getting more and more unemployed LLW's and production levels are dropping in corps but the education system is not producing the workers I am going to need - the availability figures are staying more or less static. It's driving me up the wall and there is nothing I can do about it for at least another week

Tip for anyone buying a country on the Cash Market:

Before you make an offer, ask the seller what rate government salaries are set at. If they are high, either prepare for a long and frustrating wait till you can expand the country or better still, don't make an offer on it.
