Decambra Region is Crowded

It seems like the Decambra region is crowded. EVERY country available is taken. I don't know if I have ever seen EVERY country occupied!

To those to whom it concerns, message me for negotiations!

yeah your right, it is crowded there. I wonder why serpent has 9 countries in that region ?

Serpent is more subtile then any beast of the field. As long as you don't move, he can't see you.

I would suggest you move out of the region serpent. I know what you are doing.

To one degree Mr Hez is correct Mr James. Because you chose to 'move' (BY starting a useless unprovoked SC resolution against me) I chose to notice you and take actions that were 100% opposed to your goal. You must understand Mr James, that I cannot and will not be bullied and/or manipulated by you or your group. When my cage is rattled I respond.

However because Im a very nice snake, I am willing to negotiate.

I will remove all the recently taken C3's on Decambra and the C3 that borders James except 'Executive Order' on one condition. The condition is that MR James propose and get passed a resolution banning nukes on himself. If this is done I will remove the C3's as mentioned above.

I don't think i'm going to get a nukes ban on myself as that would be absolutely stupid since I hav'nt done anything wrong as it was'nt me who started to setup countries next door to Hez in the first place. So all i'm doing is trying to defend his sovereignty and his fed from being subjugated and reduced into a puppet state of Hydra, or any other fed for that matter.

Anyway i'm proposing something decent on the SC for once as i'm trying to give 2T in aid to a promising new active player I found who already has 3 countries. So please vote in favour of him. Just don't vote no just to spite me as this would'nt be fair on him.

I am a fair guy. Id vote for your guy as Id vote for anybody. But the conditions for my possible vacating the Decambra region still remain. However since yor resolution failed 0-4 I will not continue to have the overwhelming presence as I do currently in Decambra. That being said, I will raid and roam the Decambra region however I see fit. I really do appreciate the votes for me.

Of course I cant simply leave the region as I have fed-mates that have been threatened by NLUO members.
