in grade seven someone I knew for years called my mom fat (now keep in mind I have anger management issues and my entire school knew it) I put my forearm to his throat and lifted him up against the white bored and choked him, everyone looked at me and did nothing cause they knew i would hit them if they tried. The principle walked in looked at me, I dropped the kid, went to my seat and all the principle did was look at me and then say what he had to say to the whole class then left. My teachers were scared to say anything to me. They just stuck me in guidance instead of sending me to the office.

Shoot up to my new house. Do work there. Then finally get home around 9pm. And I've been doing this for 2 weeks.

but when i 15 & was near 230lbs,& suffered huge anger problems punching out windows,the whole 9,mma helped my ass alot, i took it out in gym.

made me so happier and humble,so think on it.

I was in Judo kai Kan Jujitsu but a previous back injury acted up again and I had to stop cause it caused a secondary issue. When I goto a gym with those weights where you sit down and pull on a bar to lift the weight up i can life from almost the bottom how ever much it is with no problem, but my centers machines are shit and one was broken so i couldn't got an farther then 7 down or the plate would fall off.

not to mention I can lift up people close to 400 pounds with ease.

them, I know some fat tall people that r very heavy, and i have no trouble lifting them, mind you I can't hold them up for longer then a min but I can still lift them, and you only weigh 140 Nico so I could probably throw you.
