I believe the war rules are, you can assist in the defence of another players country no matter what war level you are at. Of which you could have done at the level you're at and at looking at how big and powerful you look, you could have spared them. I did'nt particularly ask you to attack him but just to assist me in the defence as I would have gone on the offensive myself.

I would like to propose a War Crimes Tribunal again the whole of NLUO for there attacks on basic freedoms.

The right to bare arms, the right to live in peace where ever one choose, and the right of freedom of speech.

NLUO has violated all said rights/freedoms. and i feel should be punished for thus.

When the new judge is elected I ask him/her to push for an international criminal crimes tribunal case to be held against Serpent!

And if Serpent were found guilty(not that he will be), what would happen next and how would it be enforced?

This is for all citizens of Little Upsilon. Options include economic sanctions, other sanctions, and military action. I'm already proposing the FCR0015 Anti Serpent Act which is now being debated in the Little Upsilon (N.L.U.O.) Legislation (Federation Congress).
