Massive Corporation Relocation (Little Upsilon)

A big thank you to all those countries who've given my corporations a new home with a decent Welfare Index :P

I'm just about done moving corps, got maybe 6 to 10 more to move, so after this last round of requests, you won't get any more relocation requests from me. *sniff*

However, as a growing CEO, I'm always looking for a well-built country in which to build some corporations! I'm also always looking for profitable corporations to steal away from their current owners - with their permission, of course!
