Actually, yes, I am convinced. Meant to reply earlier but I've had a fairly manic week.

Give a shout out to one of the Security Council members (see Security Council menu from your country page) & see if you can get development aid to quickly pay off your remaining debt.

Developing nuclear weapons is horrendously expensive - put it off until you are sure you can afford it.

Councillor CraftyCockney, Head of state of the Crafty commonwealth, acting under the directive and juristriction of the powers of the security council, has undertaken a thorough examination of the Region of Little Upsilon controlled by President Skullz.
The councils attention was attracted to this region by certain accusations of development of a nuclear program with potential to develop weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
While it is not the councils brief to control the policy of any state regarding defense or economy, the council does feel it has a duty to advise young economies in the matters of developing their countries in line with the common good of the planet to further and promote wealth, well being and safety of all who seek it.

CEO's The Realm of Skullz still has 1 corp. for sale. TRoS2 still has 6, (allthough the welfare index is low) but is improving fast. 0% tax accross the board. Good luck Lamater.
