Sam, you make me giggle sum times. If you want Nute to leave the UC, then why don't you leave the LDI?

I offered two solutions that answer the terms of the treaty. No one actually read the post or they would see its no more a threat than Dirt's explaining his outlook.

You all listened and a compromise was reached.

I expect the same treatment.

From what I understood, Stu and Dub jumped the gun and announced a peace treaty that was permanent. It only a cease fire. Until small minor details could be ironed out. Such petty details shouldn't derail an entire process. Ans Sammy shouldn't be unilaterally demanding withdrawal of Nute from his home federation. Such a brazen request is well . . . . Outrageous!

So for the non English speaking players.... to meet the terms ^^ its either dump the countries OR keep the countries and not be a UC member.

Its an either A or B choice. Thus the giant "OR". I am not making it nor am I forcing anyone choose a specific option.

I gotta agree with Sam. Its black and white and should be adheared to if this is gonna work. Commawn folks, lets take a breather.

Sam, I do ask you to refrain from taking those c3s. I understand that your hackles are up, and rightly so. But RL has interfered and Nute isn't available. I remember us giving the LDI a lil leeway when Barney got evacuated.

Had the LDI practiced patience more, this war might have been avoided. Nows your chance to make things abit better.

Sam, The deal was that we could keep the countries we were making economic or building up in general and dereg the c3's. We have dereged near Compton and changed the names of countries that may be offensive. Barney is next door to me at "Flaming Eternity" and you don't see me worried, why should I? We will not attack you or any LDI in general so stop being paranoid and get back to your normal life on LU. If that doesn't work for you than you do what you feel is best because Nute does not have to give up those countries they are not "c3 war countries". I suggest you let it be now and get on with the game.

Hey I'm sorry, but I just failed to see where alleged violations of any terms or demands constituted a withdrawal of ANY senior member of UC on GR. I could be wrong, but I sure didn't see any of that in Sammy's cut'n Paste job with added formatting effect. Nice formatting though.

and again you have posted, while quoting me, but the question still stands.

I see nothing that states that ANY ALLEGED violation requires ANY Member OF UC to withdraw from the FED ON GR!

Also, according to you, the parties was aware of this minor setback, so by your own admission, this is a non starter as far as continuing ANY hostilities...

There is still a situation to be resolved involving {Nute's two war slaves next to Sam on Little Upsilon.} Due to time restraints this will be resolved ASAP to cement this agreement. {However, the ceasefire is still in effect and all terms hold true [despite] this momentary setback.}

I think the point that's being stabbed at is, that if he withdrew from the fed on GR, he would no longer be bound by the agreement, since it is stated the agreement is a ceasefire between *UC* and LDI.

Ergo, not UC = not having to deregister.

It's just a witty way to say that deregistering would be the easy thing to do and there's no reason not to.

I would have to take that as encouraging a member of UC to withdraw, either by encouragement or intimidation. But I am not Nute. But I think its safe to say Nute will not be leaving UC on GR. I am sure this symbolic stab at UC is unwarranted given the token value of the alleged infraction. The suggestion alone is rather offensive and a bit much.

But where is dubby with his rebuttal?

You don't have to answer, it is clear for everyones view that there is no Leave UC clause in any part of that agreement.
