I know her well enough to know that she doesn't make sloppy slip ups with the tongue where international issues are concerned. at least in my opinion anyway. she tends to be straight forward about things. doesn't mean i agree with everything she says, but then who does agree on everything. she is definitely better at that end then King Hezz. :)

Madam secretary, could I ask your policy on multi-playing within the game. In fact I dont need to, I have read many times how you dislike it.

I should really be asking, what would your response, and NLUOs response, be to finding out without doubt that one among your numbers was indeed playing more than one account?

Thank you for your time and effort to clarify NLUOs position on this matter.

I know why you ask this CC. I too have taken issue with this publicly and with the player in question.

My position, as you well know is that multi-play is not only frowned upon but I have always taken an open adversarial position toward those players who have been obvious in this problem.

What is important to note here is that the Gamemasters have been aware of this problem we assume is multi-play. Obviously we are not fully informed about the situation because again, given the amount of times this has been pointed out to them, they have not taken action, which supports the obvious truth that it is not multi-play. The gms don't think we need all the information that they have to maker that classification, and I agree.

Steve has told me that the player is his brother. Obviously the gms are aware of this, and they have allowed family members in a shared environment to play in the game. On this level I am not in opposition to

That's a typical answer since you are feded together. If you weren't I'm sure your answer would have been totally different.

Is his brothers name Steve as well?

He was caught as a multi and in the game community he will forever be classified as a multi.

Send your email. Let the chips fall where they may if you are right. This issue is as old as the Fall of the Super Feds on Golden Rainbow Keto, do you think they aren't aware of this?

The lack of evidence IS evidence in and of itself.

On no planet am I federated with Steve. The NLUO is NOT a federation it is an organization that promotes separate federation interaction and a venue for those feds to collectively make decisions to improve the gaming experience on Little Upsilon.

Please make the distinction.

In the future I am not going to answer any more questions on this. I thought I made it clear that you should address your concerns to the GM. What I think never mattered anyway.

I asked NLUOs policy on the matter of multiplay, I addressed Wendy because she speaks for them in these kind of matters, so says Hez a few posts up.

I accused no one, suggested no instance. I did this purposefully of course.

I received an answer about Steve and his brother (?) and some monologue about the gamemaster. Not what I asked.

It seems I hit upon a nerve here, someones brother has an account, and one brother talks for the other? they use each others accounts? I have no idea but that is what your post seems to be saying wendy, am I to presume one of these brothers is Steve Ryan and Ruthless is the other?

You should admit that Keto is right. Hez should admit he was wrong to use president names he had no right to. NLUO should admit the recent election was a farce (only saved by the generosity of King Herod), in fact, lots of things are obvious to many of us, but NLUO keep BS - ing their way thr

I wasn't arguing, just giving you a statement. The NLUO's stance doesn't matter. Even if there was an official one. If you didn't find some official policy on the NLUO site, I doubt this was addressed as the policy of the game is very clear. I don't see how we could condone multi-play, so the question was kind of rhetorical in nature but I never let that stop me from trying to answer it, using the most recent example given what was being posted on the LU forum.

The GMs rule is the only thing that matters here.

No no no, you cant worm out of it like that.

The GM may have rules/opinions for the game but there is absolutely no reason why your fed/organisation/govt. cant make its own policy on this. Either you condone it or you dont. Its irrelevant what the GM think in terms of your own govts. policy.

Okay to be clear, by default, The NLUO stands with the gamemaster on the issue of multiplay.

There ya go! But it is not official until it is brought up to be voted on.

Grrr. How can you stand with the gamemasters when his thoughts are not known?

That is no answer at all. Are you sure you dont work for the republican party?

Yes The Secretary is right. I am not authorized to make comments in this regard, but the Secretary is right considering the policies of the NLUO. We stand with the game masters on all game policies, except for the war level issue. Secretary wendy I do apologize for speaking on this matter, next time I will just email you the information.

Well there ya go. NLUO do not support multiplaying.

Of course they deny Mr. Ryan is doing so, though from recent evidence it is clear that he has shared his password with his brother. This is part of multiplaying and against the game rules.

Will NLUO act on this information? Will they even examine the evidence? Oh, I know, I have to go through the NLUO forum...

Steve Ryan, I am not being judgemental toward you personally, you alone would have to live with knowing you need to cheat to gain advantage if you aren't being quite straight.

Shoot a monkey....

My personal stance is against multis. I don't think we should treat them as a friend and embrace them, I think we should reprimand them. That is what I will push for officially as the Secretary of Security.

CC, send your email, until then what you allege is just that, an allegation.

Account sharing for the purposes of continuing a war around the clock is against the rules. The last time this happened was with players fighting against Laguna and the gamemaster swiftly responded.

Password sharing has never been against any rule that I am aware of, and if it was, Kiss should have been banned the moment she went public with stealing Blue's account. Players logging into another's account for various reasons has been allowed for as long as I have been playing the game. Once some kind of abuse is a result of those actions, I am sure it will be dealt with, by the Gamemasters.

The bottom line here is that you people should all address your concerns with the gamemaster. This is not a conversation for the public forum. It is doing more harm than good. By continuing, you are actually saying the gamemaster is allowing certain players to m

Quote it.

It is amazing how right you can think you are when blinded by your own ignorance.

You don't know why steve is allowed to multi, yet he is. It is more likely that he isn't a multi, right?

Quote it again.

Steve is not banned no matter how many times this was brought up, therefore it is a very high probability that he isn't a multi at all.

Quote it one more time.

This isn't a conversation for the forum. It was made clear to me when I was banned after starting such a conversation about you! Clearly you aren't a multi either.

Quote it one last time.

This isn't a conversation for the forum, because it makes the game look bad. Like the gamemasters allow some players to cheat, or play under a different set of rules than others.

There are players playing this game that are deciding to play this game on a premium level. This conversation and what it
