Well. To be clear, I have adopted a shoot on sight and at will policy toward Hydra. They have done nothing but provoke and encroach repeatedly. They basically begged for someone to declare war. From Serpent and Josias and their ground c3s to Gaz attacking an inactive NLUO member.

If all is fair in their view surely this is too. Provocative acts from Hydra members have been tolerated for far too long. An appropriate response is overdue.

This is not the position of the NLUO. They are an organization dedicated to peace and prosperity through cooperation with member and non-member states alike.

However, as an individual, I have had just about enough of the regular crap this group has thrown around at any and every opportunity.
