I have a cheap country for sale on LU, "sale2."
It's basically a shell, but presents a decent investment for newer players, because the country has strong ceo investment in it. It only needs the population to fill up workers shortages. Presently it has 24M pop and plenty of corporations in place. It only needs the population. IMO, a better deal than building up from a 6 or 7M population C3 country.
Price is at the minimum allowed - 50 coins.
