I have issued several warnings over the past three months about my name being on your websites. I did not agree to this therefore, having given several warnings and trying to be diplomatic I feel that I have no option but to issue an official declaration of war against you, your federation, NLUO members and suspected collabarators.

The declarations will take place after 48 hours of this notice. The reason for the 48 hour cool off period is to allow presidents to officially recind their membership of your organisation being as we know that you do fudge details most of the time in your terrorist propoganda campaigns, and lie about who is a member and who is not.

Stuart, i will not comment publicly concerning our dialogue in this matter. However as a blanket statement, I will say this.

I have prompted King to adjust his sites, but he alone has the liberty to do it. To attack his fed members is unacceptable as is your requirement for all such members to betray their federation and defect to avoid this action. This is schoolyard bullying at best, your actions at least militarily should be directed at king himself if you find any of his actions objectionable. Though i DO understand your concerns i do not understand your attacks upon members of this federation who have no ability to create or correct any of "King's" sites as you see fit. Besides your blanket declarations are just giving weight to a few of his accusations that aren't far from the truth.

I have asked several times to have my name removed from his site, which is a resonable request. Remember when you wanted your name removed from another site? It was removed immediatley.

I went to look at the site today and the only recognizable name I saw was Tattoed Priest. If you're talking about the terrorist page it's just a broken link now.

There may be some truth to this statement BC, but I believe Stuart is right to teach King Hezekiah a lesson. After all, if a retarded kid were throwing a fit, violating people's personal space and preventing people from having a good time, someone would throw him out of the bar. Like any other social establishment, there is an expected etiquette that should be followed.

I'm sure that most of the above is a simple misunderstanding due to King Hezekiah's many lies. Much of this can be worked out diplomatically, but we all know that King Hezekiah has never sought a fair, friendly diplomatic process.

Unlike many of the fine presidents who have posted above, King Hezekiah is looking for attention. He has brought all of this upon himself. I would hate for other people to be dragged into a war caused by King Hezekiah. Nor can I believe that others are willing to

OK State guy, i agree with you in many aspects, Stuart "Should" take it up with King and King alone. But threatening other members of his fed is just rediculous as is his call for their defect. I will fight if attacked, and I will defend the nation that is in that federation if it is attacked. All the threats and such are not needed. If it is war, Lets just get it on. The only person in SOL who will be attacked is King Hezekiah. If I or any of my fed members, friends or allies are declared on because of this action, I too will take all possible military action to defend them. I will NOT be throwing decs at BC or Wendy, but I will defend myself against any attacks with massive military retalliation.

If you all want to fight to defend someone who BC himself called a 'retarded kid', then fair enough, but if someone like him was in my fed, he would be out straight away.

But really, what good is attacking him going to do? He has one junk country and his secured main. No doubt you will take the junk country, but that will likely only lead to more spam and complaining from him.

Lately his spam has gone down (that I've noticed) and it looks like he's removed his terrorist webpage. Maybe he's becoming more reasonable.

As regards his name being on my site, that was removed ages ago. He agreed to do the same but never did fully comply, hence my actions now.
