You are probably not getting a lot of bids because the corp costs exceed what it would cost to build from scratch and make it profitable. You could IPO the corps and sell their shares on the market until they are enterprise controlled public corps.

You can't IPO them? Many of them have a market value of 500B. You should be able to IPO them all. When you select the corp, in the first box under where it says the location, there should be something that says "Perform Public Offering."
Select that and offer shares.

I checked like 10 of them before giving up.

Raise their cash level to the max and wait a day or so. You might check you profit transfer too. I had mine too high so the corps never gained enough value to IPO.
