Strict CEO looking for 0 tax Countries

Ok, im getting tired of building corps in countries that promise 0 tax then they raise it to 30%. I want Presidents who can guarantee that their tax levels will not increase and that they will keep their workers organized to keep my corperations running at 100%. I can understand getting behind sometimes. Please list your countries below RESPONSIBLE PRESIDENTS only! I have two enterprises and will be building.

Lotus Blossom, Datura Blossom, Ergot Blossom, and Spanish Fly. All 0% tax forever; High welfare, and I keep an eye on worker availability and training. I will get more population if you want to do a big build. Let me know. I get tired of the same thing re: bait and switch on taxes. Most of the players are ok, but there are a few that do that.

Hey Kasper. I have been around for 4 years, so you don't need to worry about instability or tax rises.

Mother Nature Cryz, The forces of Nature and the rest of my empire on LU have 0% tax. A couple of my countries index's are a bit low, which I will be dealing with asap.

Whats up Kasper. I haven't been around long under this name, the last time I played was about a year and a half ago, but I understand the mechanics of the game and that raising taxes on you out of no where would not benefit my country at all.

My new country is 'Kaliwaenia' - when I got it the tax rate was at 30%. Of course you know that it can only be lowered so much each month, so if you find it to be at anything other than 0% when you go to build that's why. But it's set to go all the way down to 0 and you have my word it won't be raised as long as I'm running it.
