Hi Josias,

This time a new president of NLUO will be elected to represent the planet. I won't be standing and welcome other presidents to put their name forward. Everybody's welcome to participate.

The new president will have executive powers and will choose his/her council.

I have a question though......really why is there a need for a world government? I think the game should stand as it is. However, I think a council of leaders from various federations convening would be kinda cool.

Each binary cursor set is 8 digits

Precursor(numbers at the beginning):
011-Indicates lower case letter
010-Indicates upper case letter
0011-Indicates number
(no precursor)-An assortment of smilies
(there's a bunch more that I dun wanna get into)
Cursor:
The zeroes in the middle
PostCursor(numbers at the end):
Depends on the sequence, if you a postcursor of 1 and a precursor of 011, you get an 'a', a postcursor of 10 with a precursor of 011 gets you a 'b', 11 with 011 gets a 'c' and so on.

If you have 00000001, you get a smiley, 00000010 is a smiley that is a black fillin' with white outlining the eyes and smile.
01000010 is a capital B.

What exactly is NLUO and why should I care about it? I don't mean historically... I mean right now : )

Yea, Elvis, thats what i was hoping fLee, (aka Equinox,) would take the opportunity to talk about. How ever, true to NLUO form, he was purposefully grey.

So honestly, the NLUO has no real direction, until they elect a new leader. How ever, the NLUO has always asserted that it is the legit world Government, of LU. A bureaucratic origination that claims the authority to rule LU.

How ever, their history, has been clouded with grey truths, purposeful distractions, blatant disregard for actual facts, and an incredible lack of strength to enforce their policies. Which is why we are now going on a their third attempt to gain control of the planet.

In the past, the NLUO has gained allot of support. Many people find the idea interesting, and would be interested in a more strait forward, honest approach, that the previous leadership just plain refused to offer. A new leader could take the NLUO in a better directio

And here's me thinking that TWL was volunteering her services for free. In ref to the vote, there is only one candidate that has the common sense to do what is right, so here's to hoping that you have the common sense to realise that with your vote.

In a time long forgotten by NLUO but a time still looked back on and remembered by SOME of us.... NLUO should remember and realise YET again that they NEVER were the legit World Government of LU but they still try to assert to all that they are.
