@ Keto - you've not offended me and you're most certainly entitlted to your opinion. I don't mind helping slaves out as it appears we can never make a dent into the amount of $ the SC actually has on hand. Plus, sometimes we don't have any requests coming in.

keto this is how i see it cuz i made the same mistake.

new players dont know how to war a c3. they make the mistake should that end their play by financialy crippling them? my first war with a c3 cost me 6T bucks plus the huge debt i put the c3 into etc etc 5T aint much and it should go out to new players regardless if they got into debt by one mistake or another. warring is fun they now see the cost and will be more careful in the future and be back on track and seek guidance before they do it again.

6T on a C3!?! Did you read the guide?

i had read several guides but i did not understand what painting was and i just used the cruise missile ships and nfp method and demolished every thing from forts and bases and factories to cities and it was a pain took me like 48 hrs or something ridiculous rofl

When I first started I used the NFP method and it took me about an hour with a horrible connection... Last C3 that I took it took me a total of 7 minutes to take it. I will not reveal the method I have devised but i had less then 250 casualties and it cost me very little.
