Today i recieved this message from this player without any cause or reason after an open invitation to bid on any state corps with out restrictions to anyone.

I thought it was funny, adn Said if he was intent on serously removing them after inviting bids, I told him to nationalize them, but also that I wouldn't be happy if he did so.

I wished there was a way to EVICT unwanted Private Corps in you countries.
I wasn't watching my State corps and 6 were bid and bought out from under me. which is an unrealistic quality of the game when you have sole ownership and someone can buy it because it's profitable.

You can't evict them, but you can ban CEOs from operating in your country.

The ban only prevents new builds, bids, moves. Existing CEO corps are uneffected.

But if are concerned about someone buying your corps, then blocking CEO's will stop that.
Bidding on a corp when the President has not asked for bids is an act of war to many.

Is there even any major normative issue here?

Baker is the President of the country Kasterborous. He has the power to decide who are the CEOs operating private corporations in his countries.

If he doesn't one or some of those corps, he asks them to leave. If they fail to meet, he pursue a course of action that most of the times involves nationalizing.

A CEO only has to do what he's asked on such matters or find another way around it - that spells diplomacy and negotiations. He has no power over the lands his corporations are in.

Besides... nationalizing is so much better than what I and my friends used to do: blow them up.

Also, take notice, Wendy, that he just doesn't want you in his country. If he doesn't like you... it's most likely because of something you have done. This goes in line with
