Untied Aid (Little Upsilon)

How do i go about requesting untied development aid?

There is a thread on the Little Upsilon forum called;

Security Council Aid IV (Little Upsilon)

Post your country name there, make sure you remove any secrecy you have on your country information and someone will get back to you.
