why do they block ceos when they have like 3million unemployed llw and like 20% + unemployment
also any country that jacks of the tax rate above 30% I leave
or if I can't get my full labor
just reject the bad company types like food, agri mili or space

Rome welcomes CEO's, build or relocate even if any worker categories are in the red, shortages are temporary. Also welcoming CEO's to Rome's "satellite" states!
