Kazakh SSR

Theres lots of workers (unless the game turns evil again and makes all my workers disappear...)

You currently have no HT Execs in your countries. I'm ready to build the maximum number of corps in all those listed above when you have the workers available.

Those pesky communist states dont believe in education.
They just want the masses to be cattle.

Which countries are you looking at? Russian SFSR has plenty. Estonian SSR did have a lot but other CEO's have already built lots of corps there so it might not have enough anymore.

Oh I have an imbalance. Here, I just exchanged professionals between my countries. If you guys want to build or relocate corps to my countries, just tell me how many high techies you need and I will exchange them.

I just built a lot of schools and universities, and I set my education priorities for high tech to 18 so that should help a lot.

vlad u can set as many as 120 educational priorities instead of the standard 60 the game starts you at, for example i use total of 120 education priorities and set high tech engineer priorities to around 50 and itl produce pretty many high tech engeneers a month. ( well over 8,000 month in most countries )

you prolly allready knew that but just in case you didnt thatl help you get the techs you need faster and having lots of back to work schools will boost those totals even more
