There are too many good peeps in the game to let one bad apple ruin it. As I said, good always will triumph over evil. I pride myself in being one of the good guys (gal in my case) in this game.

alright steve, this would be the 4th time i've started from scratch, or worse. last time we bumbed heads, i'd been playing my account for less than a year, and started with more debt than cash.

i'm fully capable of rebuilding everything, in less than a year. i reset, because i don't want to spend that much effort in SC. I'm very happy with my tiny little empire.

no, i think one of the flaws of the SC war game, is the immensity of it. with hundred, and hundreds of units, your talking allot of clicking. and the value of what you can squeeze off in an hour, many players wont ever make that much.

so you have a handful players, such as yourself, that have spent thousands of dollars, and countless hours, over years, to build what they got. they aren't going to be quick to risk it, if they stand to loose to many assets. as i can testify in your behalf.

The easiest way to fix this problem of game 'bullies' is that when you are an aggressor against any president your ENTIRE empire on that world cant have the benefit of war protection. Futhermore, when the war decs go out, you can no longer take assets out of the country at the rate it can be done now.... you can bring them in, but not out as quickly as you can now.

Its all about risk assessment, some of the game 'bullies' will not use their main secured countries to fight because they dont have the 'inner testicular fortitude' to do so. If they were risking their main countries, which to them is what the 25-30M pop country of a newer player to them, then they might reconsider.

my thought, if its important enough for a person to go to this degree to win, and the GM give them a pass, then just let them win. this has been going on for years now, and the GM give it a pass.

this isn't what i want, but this has been going on for years. and the GM doing next to nothing about it. so, some of us, just have to accept the fact, that any one associated with us, will come under fire. and either give up, or practice what you'll tell those formerly enthusiastic newbs, after she's beat them up, for joining your fed.

you wouldn't really be to blame, but at this point, its gone on for so long, and been given a wide enough path, that Wendy, is more of a game feature, than a player. A random enemy that could rear up and attack, for any reason, with little or no warning, while remaining safe behind loopholes the GM are unwilling to change.

IMO its not about Wendy because the issues discussed here, although they may apply in cases involving her a lil more than others, apply to everybody. If you make it so that the aggressor is actually risking something, then watch the decs from the 'game terrorists' stop!

Apparently the game Bully has issued war decs AGAIN against some of the newer and less fortunate players in this game. I am curious as to the updates that the GameMaster has in place that was to prohibit or make it costly for this to happen???

I know that Hydra is more than capable to war, but what about Star Froth and King Elias Acorn or any other poor soul in the game who is new or trying to get established???? Apparently the Bully can only defeat players that have played for short periods of time. Bless her heart. *There, there

The Bully Strikes Again! I ask everyone in this community to speak out against such behavior. This player is rude to people in chat. She told Viper yesterday to shut up that she is confused, made said player leave chat.

She is rude to TheWhy who comes in to ask game questions. She bullies players into leaving where they wish to be in the game. She dictates how everyone should play their game. Really,,,,,,,,,,such gall and arrogance.

I am asking everyone to STAND UP against this behavior. Write the Gamemaster that WE WANT CHANGE! Thank you.

I don't exactly know the history of the problems between who and who..

But I do believe there is a peaceful solution somewhere in the mix, and I am interested in finding it. One that allows all parties to enjoy themselves.

One thing for sure is, I don't believe that "in game bullying" is cause for any GM intervention. This is a political game, a strategy game, and most of all a role playing game. If a GM was to step in and halt the natural progression of the forces that guide the game, then we would not have a fair/natural playing environment, and it would not be fun anymore. I'd rather play with risk of running into a bully, or any other risk for that matter, than play a game where there is red tape drawn up everywhere, and it is completely "safe."

Okay, perhaps I am stressing it too far, but I am having players come to me in distress, and I feel obligated to stick up for them.

I will say no more on the topic and just leave it. I have come to the conclusion that a player supposedly has a right to torment and make another player's existence in the game miserable. So I will take under advisement as to whether I wish to pursue being a part of said type game and whether I wish to continue to invest money into it. I still say this is a great game.......used to be a lot of fun, and maybe with me out of the "limelight" things will settle down a bit.

I love you all. I have tried to stand up for the little guy in the game to no avail, and I quite frankly feel defeated. I am going to proceed quietly in the game. I informed the gamemaster that I have said my final opinion on the matter. I leave you all to it.

dont go above wl2? thats not fun..... i think instead of going to the gm to make new obnoxious rules we should work within the existing system known as the Security Council.... people should question their motives for war out of fear of the SC and wider community scrutiny.... if they want to be a lonely rogue state... hey it keeps the game interesting
