21 members, I doubt it. More like four. 4 justices? OK - but then look at the above - they signed up for the lulz and didn't even bother to turn up to NLUO's first test case.

i trully have no resposibility to the arguing partys but Dragoon makes a strong point and to claim a "community" you must first have one...now to claim a word government one must be able to enfoce thair rule over the lands and with no disrespect know one has the capability to do this like Vald i simply suggest NLUO rethink thair world status and remain a FED--with no kind regards and confusing hallaballua kain1900

There would be only one institution in the history of LU that could state they were a "government" force and that would have been the tyrannical "Government Federation" that was headed and piloted by my dear friends Martock and Kevin Henry(:P). These two war criminals should be drawn and quartered!

Correction TuCulo EsMio, I didn't PILOT the Government Fed but I was a member of it. I don't recall who was the chairman of the fed but I believe for a while it was Pink Floyd. Sorry to burst your little protected bubble there but that fed wasn't tyrannical in any sense of the word. Like all feds, we watched out for our own, and collectively worked against our enemies. Oh, and I don't ever recall being the chairman of that fed though I think we did rotate the chairmanship for a bit there.

heze, i don't know, i see your point, you're taking your thing seriously, and you want people around you who take it seriously, i get it, i also get that its insulting that people would play along with you, just for fun.

but maybe you can look at it from the other side. most of us who are "vets," have worked really hard to get where we are... and you want to elevate newbs, to an equal status... people who haven't worked as hard, or have nearly as much skill in the game...

do we, "vets," want respect, that equals newbs bowing to us? no!! in your case, in fact in most cases, you have a higher since of self worth, than is merited. a little humility, time, and work, and you could reach the "level," where you start getting respect. basically hez, respect is earned in SC, it is not a default setting.
