ATHRETVARI - 0% tax, high welfare, lots of room

Bamtidio- 16% tax and on target for 0%

For Little Upsilon:

Carolina LU- 72% tax on target for 0%

Charleston Province- 23% on target for 0%

These are new countries that I took over (one established, one C3).

Charleston just added 5M pop.
Carolina LU will add more pop as tax rate gets closer to 0%.

Bamtidio-- We've now reached 0% tax and have plenty of educated workers.

Carolina LU name changed to Greenville Province; target still 0%.

Charleston Province 0% now.

Took over 5 more countries in the same region; all high tax.....will be adjusting and posting soon.

Scarlet Republic needs your corps. I'm going down to 10% tax. Should be there tomorrow. I will not raise taxes, and I'll be working to maximize welfare.
