I hear by declare the Peace Conference over. Unfortunately Peace wasn't achieved this time although I am hopeful that we can work with Hydra to achieve peace.
Peace is easy to achieve. Simply don't declare yourself the World Government! Don't try to pass useless sanctions and bans on other players. Then there could be peace.
