Urgent need of Medium and High Level Workers (millions)

Couple weeks ago, went inactive for near a month and my LU empire was affected because of that.

"Money 001" is the only country I wasnt able to balance yet. I need millions of MLW and HLW.

I am open to any kind of Exchange of Workers for MLW and HLW. just send the offer.

Ps: I am already changing other workers professions into MLW/HLW but its taking forever.
