CEO'S SUPPORT 10% STATE SOLUTION (Little Upsilon)

Hello all. I am requesting your support on establishing a cooperation of CEO's and countries to work together to build/bid corps in only countries that have a tax rate of 10% or lower. By supporting this initiative, you would first sign by listing the name of your ENTERPRISES AND COUNTRIES if you allow CEO's and if your ENTERPRISE needs room to expand. Second you will maintain the rate of 10% or lower and if the need to change that rate, you will first notify each CEO with the name of their Corp.

This comes to response to constant tax changes and hostile bidding on corps. Excessive taxing is equal to hostile bidding.
