Another 0% tax country open for investment (Little Upsilon)

After a significant population purchase on my part, I'm now looking for investors who would be open to moving some corporations into my country.

0% tax level of course. Absolutely anything is welcome.

Though I would ask that you refrain from buying the state corps, I'm working on some things with all of those, but there's plenty of space at the moment.

Might help if I told people the name of the place is Hemlock

And we are still open to investment, off and on as the population fluctuates but climbs.
