I had thought you had forgotten about me, given that I had not heard a peep from you after my real-life holiday ended and I let my WP lapse accordingly. In fact, I let my WP lapse a couple of days before my vacation ended because I figured I could get away with it. I had joined CIS for other reasons that did not involve you. After all, I had noticed that you had bigger things to worry about.

King, for a gov't that large and complex, you'd need a lot of players. I wrote a form of gov't once (it would blow yours out of the water), it was for the UC, which is MUCH larger than your's will ever be. You spend too much time spamming and not enough learning the game or recruiting. Rome wasn't built in a day.

The Security Council resolution was passed because of your constant threats of nuclear warfare. It was not me who reccomended it, but my advice was asked. I want to preserve the peace as best as I can on LU, and this seemed a good way to make a start.

I do not, or have I ever bullied federations. One thing I will do though, is stick up for myself, my federation, and my fedmates against opposing leaders who constantly break the terms and conditions of peace treaties.

I have only visited your site once since we signed the peace treaty, and that was because I was informed that you had the terrorist page back up. It was confirmed upon my visiting of the site. You broke the peace treaty by doing that.

King, I have taken the time to read through your proposition of NLUO and quite frankly I can tell you it won't work for a multitude of reasons. I will list a few examples and then explain why:

- Reason it wont work? thats every 10 days nothing would get done

- Reason this won't work, there is a reason these people are the best presidents of LU and im pretty sure forcing your way into the SC will defeat the purpose of it.

every reason you stated NULO won't work, is exactly the reason LU is in chaos right now. While there is room for adjustment of some of the implementations of this hypothetical govt, the brand of SC currently ruling is stuck in its ways, discouraging new aspiring players and drabbing down the community with "more of the same", staged wars, n00b baiting and the list goes on. People who are interested in evolving the game to include new players and a larger base of such new players, should take a more open approach when considering this "IDEA" and even help shape the way its policies may or may not be formed and/or executed.
