new trondelog is looking for one high tech corp , itl be short in high tech worker catagory, but i can transfer workers into whatever you need from one of my other countries ond have extra teachers and nurses to convert to w/e you need its got 200,000 out of work high tech engineers welfares at 108 after recent population boom its normal welfare before pop expansion is 130 and will be rebuilt to that before further pop is added average production @ 108 welfare = 117 to 120
