TNA/CIS/SOL Cease-Fire Proposal (Golden Rainbow)

As a neutral observer, I've read through the differing opinions and arguments, and would like to offer a cease-fire and peace agreement which all sides in this can agree to.

I do not play on Little Upsilon currently, so I have no stake in however this ultimately plays out. I'm just offering my services as a mediator.

Terms in order of fulfillment:

1) King Hezzy removes Stuart's name and federation from his website.

2) All current war declarations be allowed to lapse. A 72 hour cease-fire on all hostile actions, to see if all terms of this agreement are adhered to.

3) All hostile fleets removed from other coasts.

4) Any countries already taken by any side, be restored to previous owner at 0 GC cost. Reparations should also be made in the forum of some development of said country and/or the leaving of a couple Trillion in game money.

5) A peace treaty be sig

As leader of CIS, I agree to these terms, with the exception of number 3. My fleets, and the fleets of my fedmates will only leave once the declarations are expired without attack.

If Wendy and King both agree to this, then im up for it too. If not, we are fully prepared for war.

I will repatriate the one country of James' I have taken, and in a better state than it was when I took it. I believe this is fair.

This is a case in point of when warmongering goes wrong. CIS should have kept it contained to Stuart and King himself.
