You said you want a bench trial. In a bench trial it only requires the Chief Justice to preside over the case, are you in agreement to this?

You have mistaken dictatorial for practicality. The use of the term "Majority" indicates that it is democratic and the exact opposite of dictatorial. If this were a dictatorship, the majority wouldn't matter, now would it? It baffles me how anyone can jump to those conclusions.
