If you want to join a fed that does'nt protect their fedmates, the NLUO is the choice for you. Thats what the smallprint says when I read it's terms and conditions.

I can't see how you could send a load of gold coins to my account since the GMs won't allow such things like that anymore. However I am still frustrated since I can't hardly expand my population with gold coins since you have to pay for them now of which I am not going to do, it's not the game cash I have a problem with since I can make a lot money from C3 raiding.

If only there was a way for fast population growth for countries that are under 60M without buying population. One alternative would be to vastly increase the migration flow of immigrants into your country by tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands a month if your welfare level is good. Not just a few thousands like it is now or if you're even lucky to get any at all.
