Ukraine should win just because of the oufit.

I don't have anything agaisnt Azerbaijan's participation in the contest, but they sing bloody awful!

But the country that is disappointing me the most is Spain... I don't even want to talk about it. /bangs head on a wall

I did love my country's representation. Very well done.

Oh well... the end is near, lets see who will win.

Russia won with 272 points. At least Ukraine got ranked 2nd.

I personally think Sweden's song is the best!!! But oh well, Russia's one is really good too, so I'm still happy with it.

But as what widely known, the votings tend to be based on political and geographical reasons really...

And please, for the sake of humanity, they should ban the three most *bizarre* contestants: Spain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Latvia. LOL.

That ruins part of the contest, in my view.

Sometimes I get curious on how this contest would develop, if people would only hear the song and nothing more.

We get some real nutcakes in Eurovision at times. The good part is that after the torture, you enjoy the whole thing even more. :P

I have to say that the tactical voting was on spectacular form last night! It really has nothing to do with the music anymore. Even Sir Terry seemed to be fed up with it (particularly towards the end when he seemed fully tanked up).

I thought Iceland would have done better than it did. And, needless to say, the UK came last. We suffer from not having any close neighbours who would tactically vote for us. I thought we'd have got more points off Spain - most of their south coast is full of Brits.

And what was with the Swedish representative? What on Earth was he on?

The Uk is always the best but no one else like us cause we're too good you all vote for the countries around you, perfect example, Russia.

I haven't got to watch this in a while, but Greece sent Kalomoira last year. As my father would say - in rough translation - "She is healthy and easy on the eyes."
