Ordered 210 gc but never received

Okay so this is my THIRD attempt at posting this on the forums never once did it show up! I ordered 210 gc. I didn't revieve it. I have proof of the successful transaction on my end but nothing here in simcountry. Been 2 dqys and im getting annoyed! I also noticed others posted similar problems but got no reply. I tried to email andy theissue yesterday but got no reply. The email has proof of the transaction and an explanation on how much i love this game. I am so loyal infact that IF I GET MY GC I ORDERED AD HAE PROOF OF, i will be ordering 210 gc every single irl month!i hopethos isn't gonna be a regular thing! I want my gc already! Why must i go to the forums for a simple CHANCE of getting my gc and not getting ripped off! Even then, there is a chance that nobody will noticethisor it won't even post and i won't ever see that 210 gc!

We have checked as far as we could and did not see any case of a payment that did not come through.

please give us the mail address you used for the payment and a copy of the payment so we also see where is was paid and the exact date.

we will try to resolve this ASAP.
